Endurance sensor with a rugged stainless steel shell, can standard high temperature up to 65 ℃, under IP65(NEMA 4) condition, without any cooling system. Fluke will provide 4 years warranty for this pyrometer. The isolated analog output can avoid the voltage fluctuation damages, which caused by wrong wiring.
Better monitoring
Using the integrated Ethernet as interface, choosing video as aiming method, system can visit network server. Ethernet will provide power, Ethernet ASCII and aiming video. Video option(showing the pyrometer aiming direction) can let the video signal input control room, to make the temperature video more clear.
If the sensor in a limited area, users can chose laser aiming to verify a part of the aiming condition for the sensor.
LED aiming option can used to check the projected real facula size.
Besides, Tndurance sensor can monitor some actions and some temperature changes or peak value by the accessories of SpotScan.
Software
HD video drawing can describe the temperature value from Endurance sensor, and also shows high/low alarm to find some over range condition.
Endurance software can be equipped with remote Endurance sensor, to make sure the safety of control room.
Interface option
Users can visit all sensors through back panel. The panel shows temperature, alarm conditions, and all parameters of sensors.
Accessories
Endurance sensor is supported by rugged accessories. The ThermoJacket shell can be used not only as protection shell but also as cooling system. Firstly, fixed the ThermoJacket, thus users can install or disassemble the Endurance pyrometer. Besides, the system will also provide more optional accessories.
Optional wall-tpye installation system will help to install sensor quickly, according to the production condition. These accessories will protect the mechanical components, and with a certain air purge, it protect optical parts from air/water/dust.
ThermoJacket shell can be used under a high-temperature environment.
